The Role:
We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee relationships with our national retail accounts. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for major retail clients, focusing on maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships while promoting sustainability initiatives. You'll work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and help them understand the value and impact of our solar energy programs.
You'll manage the full spectrum of the client relationship, from regular check-ins and Account Reviews, to technical billing inquiries, while utilizing our Salesforce and OneBill platforms to provide detailed reporting and insights. Your role will be crucial in ensuring high client satisfaction and retention while supporting our mission of sustainable energy adoption in the commercial sector.
