Job Description

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for creating brand awareness with commercial property owners, educating the marketplace about King Energy’s commercial solar offerings and overseeing volume-based lead generation programs.

This position is designed for a talented, driven candidate who is interested in building a successful long-term marketing career.

The position is based out of King Energy’s office in San Luis Obispo, CA, which will be opening in the Fall of 2021.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Executing demand generation campaigns across many channels (web, events, email, direct mail, social media)
  • Overseeing the company’s content marketing strategy
  • Managing lead generation programs
  • Developing strategies for engaging customers across the full customer lifecycle
  • Hiring and managing analysts who will perform market and lead research

Experience Required

Applicants should possess the following skills and background:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience defining and deploying demand generation programs
  • Hands-on experience with a sales enablement platform, such as Salesloft
  • Understanding of metrics used to measure lead generation and demand generation programs
  • Two to five years of demand generation experience with a growing business

This is a full-time position that will include salary, benefits and participation in King Energy’s stock option program.
