King Energy is a next generation energy company.

We install solar power at multi-tenant commercial properties, such as shopping centers, office buildings and medical plazas, and provide the power we generate to the businesses at the property.

Our goal is to turn open rooftops into sources of clean, renewable power, and to do this in a way that generates increased rent revenue for property owners and lowers energy costs for small, local businesses.


King Energy is seeking motivated, talented sales professionals to fill the first spots on its go-to-market team. We have a welcoming culture that highly values intelligence and hard work.

In this role, you will work with commercial property owners to negotiate leases for roof space, you will model solar energy programs and you will collaborate with small businesses to encourage them to use clean, renewable energy.

This position is a part of the sales organization and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Securing solar program relationships with property owners in specific target markets in California.
  • Securing energy consumption relationships with the tenants of properties with active King Energy programs.
  • Assisting sales leadership with process definition, selection of sales tools and messaging definition.
  • Assisting with training and onboarding of future team members.
